As much as I've enjoyed the Hot Women theme for ATCs, it is now time to focus on other tasks. So Palais Royal is the last of the series. Here she is....Again the image is a packing tape transfer, background is a wallpaper sample, stickles and button were used for embellishments and scalloped scissors provided the edging at the top and bottom.
