Happy ThursDay...

This title makes me laugh (not really but more smile inside). When I began cake decorating we made our second cake just following Mother's Day, the instructor stated that we could put anything on it (to inscribe it) and that Mother's Day would be fine, or Happy Birthday. But since I knew of noone's b*day anytime soon and I thought labelling a cake with a past event would be dumb. I chose to inscribe my cake as Happy Thurs Day! -- we all laughed. I do have a picture it is on the fridge at my parent's home...it looks pretty good, if I do say so myself!
